Hello, my name is Matt Mikeska.

I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT), Reiki practitioner, and sound healer with over 10 years of experience in a variety of bodywork modalities.

I truly believe that our physical health is inextricably woven together with our emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

What we experience in any one of these facets of our being ripples through all of them. Pain that you feel in your body can eventually show up as difficulties in processing thoughts and emotions, and, in the same way, the experience of something emotionally painful or traumatic is often stored in the body and felt as physical pain or discomfort. I feel that my job as a massage therapist is to listen without judgment, to process your experience with empathy, and to use the healing power of thoughtful, caring, and deliberate touch to transform pain into peace.

When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me immersed in nature- whether I'm hiking in the forest, foraging for plants and mushrooms, or cultivating my garden into a living, growing apothecary. These experiences not only ground me but also inform my healing work, as I believe the natural world offers profound wisdom and balance.
