Hi, I'm Penny and I have always been interested in natural ways we can heal ourselves. Mind, body and spirit. I always had a hard time believing that as complex as our bodies are, that there weren't any mechanisms built into them and into our environment to help us heal and maintain our health. If that were the case, humans would have been gone from this planet LONG ago.

I became fascinated with the idea that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. I dove down the energetic healing rabbit hole and I'm still finding amazing information and insights. I've researched or experienced a lot of different modalities over the years thanks to my 16 yrs as an internet consultant and web designer for the holistic and metaphysical community. (I've spent 30+ yrs in the corporate world too but that's boring so we won't go there.)

I believe that our words, our thoughts and our intentions mold our world and can harm as well as heal our bodies. Over our lifetime, we have all inadvertently done ourselves harm. I want to help undo all of that.

As a result, I'm currently trained as an Usui Reiki Master (RM) and Holy Fire III Reiki Master and an Advanced Crystal Practitioner (ACP). My goal is to help each person I come in contact with learn a little bit about the tools available to them to help in their own healing journeys.

I continue to go down rabbit holes and will be adding additional healing modalities to my tool kit, so my clients can add them to theirs.
