Our practice was formed as an answer to support and empower our clients during pre- and post-surgical procedures as well as to provide different therapeutic and holistic approaches to treating the body during its different stages of life.

We integrate Medical Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage to specifically target any existing pathologies as well as provide a comprehensive manual treatment to pre- and post-operative procedures.

Additionally, we provide holistic avenues to health, integrating Eastern Bodywork practices includes Biofield Tuning, Reiki, Shiatsu, Energy work to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Liat Forti, LMT, CDT, CPT, HHC is a New York state Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Decongestive Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach.

Delia Tarlea, LMT, CDT, CRMT, CYT-200 is a New York State Licensed and board certified massage therapist, college instructor of massage therapy and co-founder of this practice. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Decongestive Therapist, certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, certified Reiki Master Teacher as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor.
