My journey into massage therapy began in a deeply personal way—after a dear friend was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, she gifted me a massage session to encourage me to slow down and recharge. That experience opened my eyes to the healing power of touch. Long before I was formally trained, I found myself instinctively offering shoulder rubs to coworkers, bringing comfort in simple, caring ways. Today, I channel that same compassion and commitment into every client session, helping others prioritize their wellness one massage at a time.

My Therapy by Michelle LLC caters massage to the need of each individual that comes in for service. Massage Therapy provides many benefits that range from relieving low back pain, tight muscles, moving stagnant lymph and helping with digestive and circulation issues, and relieving feelings of isolation. No Show appointment will not receive a refund of prepayment. Couples massage appointments at the same time are NOT available at this time. However, our therapist is available to do back to back appointments. If our therapist is unavailable at your requested day and time, other options will be available. No CHILDREN or additional people in the treatment room unless they are getting a service. No Refunds will be given on discounted packages, discontinued memberships or massage services or prepaid packages. The credit will remain on your account until you find a suitable time to use it.

"Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a charge of 50% of the total payment. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total payment."
