Having lived through and dealt with chronic pain myself, I understand the importance of living pain free. My mission is to provide a complete and holistic approach to pain management. I have studied extensively in many forms of modalities throughout my 17 years of Massage/Bodywork career. My specialties include Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Swedish Relaxation Massage.

Licensed to practice Massage Therapy in 2003, I continued my education in 2008 at Angelo State University and received a Sports Medical Degree in Athletic Training. I am also a Licensed Reiki Practitioner and continuing my education in Yoga Teacher Training.

My belief is that the client has to take personal responsibility for their own well being, and I am there to assist with that process. Diet is a focal point when addressing health concerns. I have been on a Vegan/Whole Food Plant-Based diet for a year now, and have seen tremendous results with my personal health. My wish is to extend this information to anyone considering health improvement.
