What to Expect

Whether it’s your first or thousandth massage, your safety and comfort are our priorities. New guests must register and fill out a massage health history form. Please let us know if you have any allergies or mobility challenges. We ask our returning patrons to inform us of any health changes so we can better serve you. Masks will be worn at all times by both therapist and client from interview through massage. You and your therapist will create a personalized session. All spa sessions may include aromatherapy, hot towel service, hot or cold stone, cupping, deep tissue, ice massage, or therapeutic stretching. Everything that touches you is organic and sustainably harvested. Sports massage is a short session focusing on the quick recovery from vigorous activity and is offered courtside during events. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and prepare to renew mind, body and spirit.

Scheduling Your Session

Sessions are booked online, over phone, or in person at a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to book ahead as time slots are limited. Couples Massage requires at least 1 week notice. 24 hours is required to reschedule your appointment. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their legal guardian during the session. Minors the age of 16 and 17 must have guardian signature.
