Cilena’s heart for people has driven her desire to open her own a therapeutic massage studio. After many years spent working in childcare, she received training at Healing Handz Massage Academy and obtained her massage therapist license from the State of Texas. Now, HealthWorks is a reality. Cilena has a heart for people and seeks to personalize each massage to meet the specific needs of the client. Her calming spirit and caring touch are most relaxing. Her use of essential oils and suggestions for stretching, diet and hydration further the experience, making her a therapist that is in demand. Because of her desire to educate and help others, she offers infant massage and Raindrop classes that will empower caregivers with more options to offer those in their care. To quote Cilena, “I attribute my new outlook on life and improved health to having both massage and Young Living essential oils in my life. These natural therapies have helped alleviate much of my own pain, stress, and tension. It is my desire to use my gifts in these areas to help others live healthy, balanced lives.”
