Josh Larimar LMBT NC#19049 is a true believer that massage has a profound effect on the wellness of the body, mind and soul. Everyone has the ability to affect their own wellness by practicing healthy habits and being open to the idea that their body has the ability to heal. My goal is to activate my clients ability to begin and continue the healing process through massage and bodywork therapy. The primary techniques that I use are myofascial release, Reiki, swedish, sports and lymphatic massage.
