Massage is a very Physical Practice. This is a skilled practice that takes years of practice, training, awareness, Knowledge, empathy. So when you see the Price rate, take a minute to see what your getting. Anyone can put lotion on a body, but do they know what your body needs? After the session is over is your LMT researching your condition to get to the root of the pain? Getting to the root problem and not just "putting lotion" on a symptom.

Your body deserves a LMT who is looking for your best interest!

Knowing what kind of pressure your body needs. When pressure goes too deep, too fast for too long, the body doesn't relax, the body is fighting back to protect. Instead of going into a healing state, your triggering the sympathetic response.

The body will HEAL if it feels safe. Listen to the Body, Deep tissue massage is not always needed.

The most skilled LMT don't push harder; They listen Deeper.

Its not about how DEEP you go; Its about how deep will the body let you in.
