Hello, I’m Liz.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 21 years, and helping people feel better in their bodies is something I truly love.

Over the years I’ve worked with many clients dealing with chronic stress, tight shoulders and neck pain, headaches, and the physical effects of busy, demanding lives. My sessions focus on relieving muscle tension while helping the nervous system slow down and reset.

Each massage is customized based on what your body needs that day. I also offer assisted stretch therapy, prenatal massage, and hot stone treatments for deeper relaxation.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent many years working as a professional chef and later teaching massage therapy, experiences that shaped my appreciation for wellness, balance, and caring for others.

My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you can relax, unwind, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

I serve clients in Springfield and am a provider for approved cases through the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
