Myofascial release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The form I have studied is the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach. Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Swedish massage can help clear the body and mind of unwanted responses to stress by calming the nervous system and relaxing muscle tension. It can increase blood flow and boost overall energy.

Deep Tissue utilized slow deep stokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue. It is often used to treat strains or injuries. Deep Tissue can treat muscle pain and improve stiffness.
