Massage Suite Sessions:

Your session will occur in a private and clean massage suite at either 32 Union Square East or41 Union Square West. Both locations are separated by Union Square Park, and steps from the 14th Street/Union Square Station.

Residential Massage Sessions

If you prefer residential massage services, we provide that too! Enjoy your therapeutic massage in the comfort of your building’s private wellness room. All we need is a time and date, all you need is access to the room and existing massage table, as well as your own sheets. Please note in order to keep costs to a minimum, your massage therapist will not travel with a massage table, sheets, or bolsters.

About Your Therapist

My name is Jason, and I bring 10 years of experience in both massage therapy and personal training. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of professional settings, including chiropractic and physical therapy practices, fitness studios, and private upscale massage practices. As a personal trainer, I have worked in corporate fitness settings, where I focused on client education and service-based programming, and as an independent trainer, creating individualized exercise sessions based on client assessments and performance metrics.

This diverse background has allowed me to work with individuals from many walks of life and informs my ability to deliver care that is intentional, specific, and tailored to your unique needs.

I have advanced training in oncology massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and medical massage therapy, and I am a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) with a degree in exercise science. My work is professional, individualized, and evidence-based, with a focus on pain relief, recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness.

How I Work

All sessions are prepaid and by appointment only. Booked sessions occur at either 32 Union Square East or 41 Union Square West. Both locations are clean, well maintained, and suitable for professional massage services. If you arrive early enjoy a seat at Union Square Park or grab a latte from a nearby cafe!

A 48-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice from the scheduled time will be subject to a 60% cancellation fee based on the price of your service(s).
