As a licensed North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapist 2005, my specialties include Pre & Postnatal Massage, Bamboo Fusion, Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. I am also proud to be certified to teach Infant Massage to parents and caregivers. I continue to learn new modalities each year which helps me provide the very best care to my valued clients.

Massage is my passion. I believe your massage session is unique to you and your needs. I use massage to alleviate pain and provide relief and relaxation in your body, mind and spirit. My job is to assist you in reaching your full wellbeing potential by listening, educating and guiding the healing process.

I believe everyone can benefit from receiving massage; including children. I love teaching parents and caregivers how to give their child a massage. The reactions the child has and subsequently the parents/caregivers are priceless to me. It is an honor to be a part of this new level of bonding.
