Hello! I have been practicing massage for 25+ years. I work with clients of all ages and specialize in creating release and relaxation without residual soreness in the days fallowing a massage. This is done using Swedish/Esalen, Positional release, breath coaching, and active stretching. Each massage session is custom designed to meet the your goals for the session and documented; ensuring that each session may build upon the previous ones. I received initial training from the McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland California in 1996. Additional training was received in Lansing Michigan studying with trained Osteopathic physicians. Reflexology training was received 1998, in London England. As well as extensive experience practicing prenatal massage for all trimesters.
