Thanks for taking a moment to learn a bit about me. I've been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork for over a decade, and one things for certain - no body is the same but Every Body Needs Massage!

Initially trained in 13 modalities (styles of massage/bodywork), seldom do I have an appointment consisting of only one. My approach to bodywork is to customize the session to the person and purpose of the session. It is possible to relax while receiving a deep tissue massage. Trigger Point may not be appropriate when relaxation is the goal, but it may certainly be the approach to helping improve sleep patterns. These things and more are the types of issues discussed prior to initiating massage and bodywork to help better understand the goals and how to achieve them.
