Healing occurs with the mind, body, and the spirit. I believe this can only happen when trust, safety, and communication are established with your massage therapist.

I am passionate about massage therapy and I truly love helping and healing my clients.

Along with massage, I have a background in yoga, crossfit/fitness coaching, and USA weightlifting. My experience working with clients of all ages, abilities, bodies and backgrounds has helped me gain a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I believe my job is to create space for healing through positive experience, a safe environment, a wide knowledge base and intuitive touch.

The benefits of massage can positively effect every system in your body and help reduce pain, stress, and discomfort. Whether you suffer from injury, headaches, or anxiety massage is a wonderful tool to help you heal.

Receiving bodywork can be very beneficial for all bodies including athletes, musicians, people with physical jobs or repetitive motion injuries, those in need of stress relief, and those recovering from physical or mental traumas.
