Hi, I’m Mariah Banner, a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist with a lifelong passion for healing through touch.

My journey began when my mother would ask me to massage her back and neck after long days at work. She would fall asleep every time, and I noticed something incredible: her stress levels dropped, her mood improved, and her body felt lighter. That experience sparked something in me—a desire to help people feel better, not just physically but emotionally too.

I took that passion with me to Tennessee State University, where I studied as a student Athletic Trainer and gained hands-on experience providing Sports Massage for athletes before and after games. It was there that I learned how targeted, therapeutic massage could enhance performance and support recovery.

After graduating, I earned my license as a Medical Massage Therapist and began working in the spa industry, where I’ve been able to blend clinical expertise with a calming, restorative approach. Whether working with clients recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply needing to de-stress, I tailor each session to meet their unique needs.

I truly believe that massage is more than a luxury—it’s a pathway to wellness. My goal is to create a space where you can release tension, reset your body, and reconnect with yourself.
