I am the owner and have been in the medical massage business for the past 25 years. My passion is in supporting you in achieving optimal health and well-being! Making a difference in your health is my primary focus in allowing you to have a life full of ease of motion and reduction of any type of pain.

My clients are awesome! They come to me through self-referral, word of mouth, and through healthcare professionals, such as doctors (e.g., Primary Care, OBGYN, etc.)chiropractors, dentist and physical therapist.They come to rely on my expertise in assisting with acute and chronic pain. I enjoy working with all different types of conditions, for example TMJ syndrome, pain or discomfort occurring in the lower back, neck, shoulder, wrist/hand, hip, leg, ankle areas and from accidents, as well as Sciatic pain, Parkinson, Fibromyalgia and Pregnancy.

I am a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in Manhattan, New York. I have certifications as a medical, neuromuscular, sports and lymphatic drainage therapist. I hold licenses in both North Carolina and New York. Also, I am the former co-owner of Moonshadow Medical Massage in Cary, NC.

One of the interest aspects of my training is having the opportunity to work with the China National Olympic Team in Beijing. I have a strong interest in wellness, holistic health and assisting you in sustaining a healthy lifestyle. In my passion to educate and enhance the well-being of my clients, I also have an associate degree in culinary and holistic pastry arts, for those of you who have a sweet tooth.
