Hey There! I’m Amanda, licensed massage therapist and owner of Sugar River Migraine Relief.

I specialize in the relief of headaches, neck, and upper body pain as I know first-hand what it is like to suffer from persistent headaches. I also know just how debilitating chronic pain can be in your daily life. Massage and reiki have provided me with a great deal of relief from those afflictions, and it is my goal to deliver the same comfort to you.

I have been doing bodywork and energy work for many years, almost as far back as I can remember. I first began my career in 2005 as a licensed physical therapist assistant. It was a great fit for me as I have always enjoyed learning about manual therapies and how to apply them to the healing process. In 2012, I decided to become a licensed massage therapist to further expand my knowledge of manual and energetic therapies and become extensively trained in the art of soft tissue manipulation.

Throughout the years I have worked for various organizations to fine-tune my skills. In 2020, I decided to create my own practice to provide the best possible care through my specialized pain-relieving treatments.

I am very fortunate that as my practice continues to grow, I have the honor to work with so many wonderful clients; clients that come to me for help with their pain, tension, energy levels, anxiety, and depression. I hope to use my healing skills to make a difference for you and for the people in my community who are living with chronic pain.

When I’m not practicing massage, my favorite things are enjoying time with my family, my dogs, gardening, and spending time at the beach.
