Good day! My name is Angelo and I practice advanced massage & bodywork, private fitness training, nutritional support, & life mastery coaching in Los Altos, California.

The purpose my work and my life is to explore the highest levels of human potential and help others do the same.

Since 1989 I've been in deep study of the inner workings of the body and mind and I've discovered that massage and bodywork can prove to be a powerful ally in creating lifelong vitality.

I studied pre-medical sciences at California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo. I'm a former martial arts Taekwondo instructor with a 2nd degree Black Belt and NASA Life Science Support Scientist that worked on biological experiments which flew aboard the Space Shuttle and International Space Station.

Through specialized bodywork techniques, I help people "debug" the unconscious holding patterns held within the nervous system and rejuvenate stiff & stagnant areas throughout the entire body to optimize joint balance and cellular functions.

By doing so, we can more quickly resolve long-standing pain & restore healthy muscle & joint movement. Some of the conditions that we can work effectively with are new injuries, old injuries, tightness, swelling/ inflammation, scar tissue, tendonitis, low back/ knee/ shoulder pain, joint problems, & increase athletic performance.

During your massage session, I will perform the following:

Assess your areas of concern
Treat those areas appropriately and all other areas which you may not be aware of that can be contributing to dysfunction and compromising the balance of your body
Explain my findings to you
Offer you effective exercises and self-care techniques that will amplify the speed of recovery & rejuvenation of your whole body
