Your life called. It wants you back.

You’ve gotten really good at being who everyone and everything needs you to be.

Somewhere along the way, you got harder to hear.

I help capable people who’ve spent years losing themselves in other people, roles, work and expectations get back in touch with who they actually are, what they actually want and how they want to live.

And usually, that means getting underneath the patterns that have been running their lives for years.

People pleasing. Over-giving. Second guessing yourself. Anxiety. Staying too long in relationships or situations that aren’t working. Knowing what you should do and still not being able to make yourself do it.

Because most of the time, the problem isn’t that you don’t know enough.

You’ve probably read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe you’ve been in therapy for years. You can explain exactly why you do what you do.

And you’re still doing it.

That’s because so much of what drives us happens outside of our conscious awareness.

At some point, your mind learned what you needed to do to stay safe, connected, loved, accepted or in control. Maybe you learned to be the easy one. The responsible one. The helper. The one who doesn’t need much. The one who anticipates everybody else’s needs before noticing your own.

Those patterns probably made sense once.

They just may not make sense for the life you want now.

My work is designed to go deep without dragging things out for months or years.

I’m not interested in endlessly analyzing the pattern. I want to help you find the unconscious root of it, change what’s actually driving it, and help you bring that change into your real life. FAST!

That’s why much of my 1:1 work is intensive and focused. We may spend a few hours together working directly with a pattern that has been affecting you for years, rather than meeting week after week and hoping we eventually get there.

I combine hypnosis, unconscious change work, somatic awareness, relational work and practical tools to help create change at the level where the pattern actually lives.

And then we make sure that change actually shows up in your life.

That may mean learning to trust yourself, set boundaries, communicate more honestly or stop taking responsibility for everybody else’s feelings. I also work with individuals and couples around relationship patterns, communication, connection and those bigger questions like, “Can we actually make this relationship work?”

Because the goal isn’t just:

“I know where this comes from.”

It’s:

“I don’t have to keep doing it anymore.”

To have relationships where you don’t have to disappear in order to stay connected.

To know what you want.

To stop organizing your life around everybody else.

To feel like you again.

Ultimately, this work is about getting back in your own damn life.

Because there comes a point where you realize you don’t want to spend another five, ten or twenty years waiting to feel different.

You want your life to actually feel like yours.
