Make massage a part of your health care/self care routine

My love of wellness shows in the work that I do with clients. Along with being licensed as a massage therapist; I hold a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise and have a specialty certification in orthopedic fitness. I have a genuine passion for helping people reach healthy goals for their body. I believe that every day there is something to be learned and that no two bodies are the same. Every person is treated as the unique individual that they are.
I have lived in the Rogue Valley for 25 years. I love to run and I participate in many of the local races; from 5k to half marathons. Running is what I love to do and I encourage and motivate others to find healthy activities that they love. I enjoy being a part of the community and interacting with a variety of people.
