I am a licensed massage therapist with nearly two decades of experience. I specialize in therapeutic techniques to reduce pain from injury or repetitive strain issues that so many individuals deal with on a daily basis. I learned many rehabilitative techniques while working for an amazing Physical Therapist in Texas.

It is due to my experience in the physical therapy setting that I fell in love with rehabilitation and sports massage. I was given an opportunity a few years ago to become part of the massage team working for the University of Kentucky in Lexington. I am now the lead therapist working with the mens basketball team and the volleyball team. I split my time between UK sports and my business located in Morehead, Ky. I feel so lucky and am eternally grateful to the therapists that have mentored me during my time in Kentucky. I have grown exponentially as a therapist and look forward to mentoring the team I have created in Morehead.
