Since 2008, I have held a license as a massage therapist, specializing in medical and therapeutic massage.

My treatments prioritize relaxation, pain reduction, enhanced range of motion, and the restoration of the body’s ability to self-balance across three main aspects: mind, body, and soul. To cater to individual needs, I personalize each session by incorporating techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, Swedish, craniosacral, myofascial induction, stretches, exercises, and other therapeutic approaches.

Having worked with a diverse clientele, including children, veterans, and the elderly, I have developed a particular affinity for assisting patients dealing with both acute and chronic conditions. Notably, a significant portion of my client base seeks relief from neck, shoulder, and back pain. Furthermore, my certification in Infant Massage allows me to educate parents on how to provide massages for their babies.

As a Reiki Master, I firmly believe in the healing benefits derived from channeling energy through touch. This practice activates and enhances the natural healing processes of the body, contributing to the restoration of physical and emotional well-being. Consequently, I complement my services by offering Reiki sessions and lessons.
