I discovered massage therapy later in life after an amazing therapist helped relieve the chronic pain in my shoulder. That experience changed everything for me, and I realized this was something I had to learn more about. Now I can’t imagine life without it. For the past five years, I’ve been a licensed massage therapist, dedicated to understanding pain relief and stress management and helping people build a better relationship with their body.
