2nd Choice 1 hour Muscle Manipulation Treatment
This session is not a relaxation treatment. Experience an hour or an hour and a half treatment with a focus on pulling, stretching, mobilizing joints, deep compressions, and deep tissue massage. You will experience a treatment like no other.

30 Minute Focussed Treatment
Dont have the time but need a treatment? 30 minutes focused on an area you need work on. Could consist of deep tissue massage, massage gun, stretching, or cupping.

Kinesio Tape Reapplication
If you had a treatment with kinesio tape applied at the end, the tape will last on average for 5 days and could be up to a week. Between massage treatments if you require a reapplication after a week because you are still feeling pain but not
