Early in my career, I learned that more than 60% of adults experience some form of low back pain—a statistic that continues to inspire my commitment to helping clients find lasting relief. I specialize in addressing neck and back discomfort caused by muscular imbalances, often the result of injury, postural strain, or extended periods of sitting.

My work focuses on releasing tension, restoring balance, and supporting the body’s natural alignment and mobility. Each session is tailored to the individual, with the goal of promoting measurable improvements and a renewed sense of comfort and ease.
