I am a 2014 graduate of American College Massage School in Elkhart, Indiana. Upon graduation I started performing massage with a small group of fantastic women that inspired me to follow my dreams of owning my own studio. In 2016 Unwind Massage Studio was born. I strive for my studio to be a place for relaxation and healing. Each session and each client are different. By combining the use of different modalities, techniques, and focusing on the needs of each individual client, my goal is to help you reach a calm, relaxed, and pain free state of mind and body.

I have recently completed a 40-hour certification course for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Please note, this certification qualifies me to work with generally healthy systems. I am not certified to work with lymphedema patients.

Along with massage and lymphatic drainage, this year I have also added body contouring to my services. I believe we all deserve to feel beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

In my spare time I love tackling DIY projects, spending time with my family and friends, and I rarely come home from anywhere that sells plants without sneaking a new one into our home. I spend a ridiculous amount of time listening to audiobooks and chances are, if I'm wearing a t-shirt, I probably made it. I'm a huge animal lover and my dog (Gouda) is about as spoiled as they get. Last, but certainly not least, I take Wednesdays off to spend the day with the cutest little guy who calls me "Gigi."
