Policies & Information

General Guidelines

Clients must be 18+ (unless a parent is present & consents).
Please bathe before your session if possible.
If you’re sick (cold, flu, fever, rash, etc.), please reschedule.
Travel services include a $40 fee (within 45 miles). Anything beyond 45 miles adds $30.
Memberships are non-refundable. Unused credits expire.

Late Arrivals

If you’re late, your session WILL be shortened.
If I’m late, you will always receive your full time.
New clients: arrive 15–30 min early for intake paperwork.

Scheduling & Cancellations

24-hour notice required for all cancellations/reschedules.
Same day reschedule (<24 hrs.): 50% charge.
Same-day cancellation/no-show: 100% charge.
All sessions must be prepaid at booking to secure your appointment.

No Tolerance Policy

A New U Healing is a professional therapeutic service.
Inappropriate acts, behavior, or language will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban. Full payment will still be required.

Payments Accepted

Gratuity is appreciated but not included in pricing.
