Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage session aims to provide support for the mother to be. Each visit includes an assessment for mom's current needs and is SAFE FOR ALL TRIMESTERS. Side-lying positions and pillow props are used to avoid pressure on the belly.
Mini-Session Massage
30-minute duration spent on your area of choice. Ideal for when you don't have time for a full hour or need focus on one specific problem. Option of massage chair or massage table.
Foot Soak
