Unlike traditional massage, you do not get undressed and covered in oil here, we offer assisted stretching while you remain fully dressed and comfortable lying on a mat on the floor. Our sessions combined Thai bodywork and clinical massage techniques that will help with your overall movement and flexibility while helping keep those aches and pains away.
