During each session we have no agenda beyond listening to your concerns and allowing your body to guide us in our work. Our bodies have an inherent ability to heal themselves and we are simply here to facilitate that healing. We use neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, cupping, Graston Technique and other modalities incorporated into a Swedish massage combination to help with a wide range of complaints: Sciatica, low back pain, neck injuries (whiplash), carpal tunnel, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), TMJ, and many other conditions.
