(BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW)

A clear and quiet mind comes from calm and supple tissues. My mission is to usher you into a space of peaceful clarity through the means of individually tailored bodywork. Every session is unique to who and how you are.

Hello, my name is Adrien. I’ve been an LMT since 2015. I studied in Bellevue Washington, and began my career as an injury treatment therapist, working with referrals from chiropractors and attorneys. Though I no longer do insurance work, my interests have grown to helping those with wary, anxious minds by easing rigidity and tone in the physical structures of the body. My approach to pressure is patient and intuitive: I pay close attention to the cues your body gives in order to send you back to a tranquil, more relaxed self.

At this time, I primarily do outcall services through The Walking Table. Instead of getting dressed, gathering your things, finding your keys and pulling into traffic after your massage, my service allows you to step off the table and relax. Slip into your robe, take a bath, curl up on the couch or go right to sleep. Your relaxation doesn't have to end when your massage does.

Please visit thewalkingtable.com/contact for up to date information on my outcall service areas. Book a massage today!

Modalities I use:

The Basis: Swedish- the very architecture and foundation of western massage. It allows me to introduce my touch in a way that is gentle, gradual and effective in treating your physical tension without aggravating your nervous system.

Primary Modalities: Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Gua sha- Less oil is more in achieving myofascial push and pull. Separating sticky layers of adhesive tissue through gentle pressure and patience allowing for free and easy movement. Deep tissue allows me to sculpt and define the structures of your body, helping to create space where tension has accumulated. Cupping helps me decompress muscle and fascia, facilitating blood and lymph flow to and from areas of stagnation. Gua Sha scrapes away at deeper restrictions, and for some, feels like you’re scratching the deepest itch. I also include lots of gentle rocking, jostling and conscious breathwork in all of my sessions. These elements invite the body to soften, settle and participate in the work, rather than simply receive it.

Secondary Modalities: Trigger Point Therapy and Muscle Energy Technique- these skills are on the periphery of my tool kit, used when needed as a last resort to accomplish the goal.
