Tools Nicci may use in her session include: cupping, hot stone, myofascial release tool, stretching, and varying hands on techniques. Nicci has had various degrees of training in B.E.S.T., myofascial release, reflexology, MAT, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, swedish and lymphatic drainage.
