With more than 10 years as a licensed massage therapist and an additional decade working in a trauma hospital in Richmond, Virginia, I bring a deep understanding of the body, recovery, and give an individualized massage to every session. As a longtime exercise enthusiast, I’ve personally relied on massage to stay strong, flexible, and balanced. Located just 10 miles from Penn State University and within 45 minutes of both Altoona and Williamsport, my studio offers a calm, welcoming space in the heart of Bellefonte. For early risers and busy schedules, I also offer two days of early morning appointments starting at 7:30 a.m.—perfect for starting your day with comfort and clarity.
