Vira Knight is a lifelong dancer, athlete, acrobat, and yogi. As a mover, massage has always been mandatory medicine for the body in motion.

Vira grew up in the embodied wellness community with her mother working as a massage therapist in an athletic club. She spent her youth playing quietly in the spa, taking fitness classes, and blessed to receive excellent massage.

She earned her Bachelors in Earth Science and after some time working in conservation and green development, she yearned to come back to the body.

She trained and worked as a performance artist, practicing fire dance, aerial arts, acrobatics, and balance.

After the pause of 2020, Vira decided to finally answer the call to bodywork. She graduated from the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage in 2021.

Vira is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Sports, Trigger Point Release, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cupping.

Vira’s personal experiences with athletic training and injury recovery help to intuitively inform her approach, take careful care, and ensure nothing feels missed. Her massage style is thorough, flowing, lengthening, and grounding. It is Vira’s hope that all clients leave feeling relieved, relaxed, and rejuvenated in the body and spirit.
