I’m here to guide the way.

I’m a massage therapist and personal trainer living on Mobile Bay with my loving wife and our four amazing kids. I’ve always been passionate about movement, strength, and unlocking the body’s full potential. Whether that meant heavy resistance training, long runs, or swimming against the current, I thrived in pushing limits and finding balance.

These days, my resistance training looks a little different—two toddlers who think I’m their personal jungle gym, and two older kids keeping me on my toes. My yoga mat? Wherever the little ones decide to climb on me. Life’s always been an adventure, and right now, it comes with snack breaks, bedtime stories, middle school wisdom, and a pug named Maui who has fully embraced his retirement plan.

But one thing has never changed—my drive to help people feel better in their bodies. Through a combination of massage, movement, and corrective exercise, I help clients unlock their full potential—whether that means relieving pain, improving performance, or simply moving through life with more ease.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me lifting (kids and weights), making music, enjoying great food, and getting outside as much as possible. I’m a lifelong learner, always diving into new ideas, techniques, and research to refine my craft.
