Lauren is a highly skilled and intuitive therapist. She cares deeply about those that she serves and believes in actively listening and responding to her massage therapy client's preferences and needs. As a result, those that receive a massage session from Lauren are amazed at her ability to listen, understand and to match the massage to their specific needs and preferences.

Although Lauren is happy to perform any of the massage styles at AshiBar Spa, she is especially passionate about the Eastern modalities of Ashiatsu, Gua-Sha and Chinese Cupping Massage. She is also passionate about continually learning and growing so that she can bring quality bodywork and healing to those who seek to be free from stress and pain.

Lauren is a native of St. George. She loves the beauty and outdoor adventure that Southern Utah provides. In her free time, she loves horseback riding, mountain biking, riding motorcycles and hiking with her dog. She believes in the healing power of both spending time in nature and in therapeutic touch. Lauren would love to help you relax, free yourself from pain and to help achieve your health and wellness goals.
