Traditional Thai Massage AKA Nuad Thai, is an unique, dynamic, whole body healing treatment that is both relaxing & invigorating. With its Ayurveda roots from India combined with Ancient Chinese Acupressure. It is a therapy that dates back to over 2,500 years as a medical practice enjoyed by the Royal Family in Thailand, In 2019, it was added to the List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Unlike conventional western oil massages which requires clients to be undressed, Traditional Thai Massage involves a lot of movement, stretching and direct pressure over fully clothed clients. And it typically sees people assuming a series of different positions. Therapists use not only their hands but sometimes their forearms, foot, even elbows and knees to apply pressure.

After spending several business trips and vacations in Thailand, our founders completed fell in love with this wonderful healing modality and decided to bring it back to Canada, because we believe Canadians deserve all the benefits from it.
