A sanctuary is more than just a place—it’s a feeling of refuge and safety. I’m Brenda Rhoten, a certified massage therapist, and after years of working in some of the most beautiful 5-star spas across the country, I’ve chosen to make Gillette my home. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with clients from all around the world, but my true passion is creating a space for wellness, right here in our community.

My specialties include migraine relief and targeted neck and upper back work, ideal for those struggling with chronic tension or discomfort. I also have extensive experience working with fibromyalgia sufferers, using a gentle, integrative approach that respects each individual’s unique pain levels and sensitivities. Prenatal massage is also offered! Just let me know when you book that you would like prenatal massage. Your session with me will be designed specifically for you, to ease pain, reduce tension, and help you feel more at peace in your body.

Every session is all-inclusive. You’ll have access to trigger point therapy, hot stones, cupping, and reflexology—all included at no extra charge. My goal is to provide a truly restorative experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, balanced, and supported.
