What to Expect During Your Session

Modesty - Your therapist will take extensive steps to ensure your modesty is maintained. Deep tissue work in the gluteal area will be performed through the draping if you wear your underwear.

Before you schedule an in-home session;

Have an area in your home that will fit a massage table.
Make sure the area will be quiet and can dim the lighting.

Before your session;

Complete your intake form that you will receive up to 48 hours prior to your session.
Avoid a heavy meal as it may cause some discomfort during your session.
Hydrate and take a warm shower to soften your skin and relax.

During your session;

Your therapist will set up where you indicate.
Your therapist will review your intake form with you and walk you through the progression that will be followed.
You may ask questions to ensure you are clear about the goals of the session.
Your comfort and safety are the highest priority so please provide feedback during the session.
Relax.

After your session;

Drink plenty of water to allow your body to completely flush all the toxins.
If you are able, spend about 10 minutes ... take a warm, soothing detox bath using 1 cup of sea salt and 1 cup of baking soda.
