You don’t need to explain what hurts. Your body is listened to here.

A space where your body is met with attention, not expectation.

Every session is tailored to your body and nervous system, with pressure adjusted thoughtfully. Effectiveness comes before force. Deeper work is used with intention to support recovery.

My work is designed for people who carry a lot. The tension. The expectations. The emotional weight. The constant pull to keep going.

At Pacific Haven, your body receives intentional, restorative care designed to quiet the mind, release deep tension, and support long-term wellness.

I help busy professionals reconnect with themselves through skilled, grounded bodywork that blends evidence-based techniques with intuitive care.

If you’re looking for consistent, personalized support in a space designed for calm, clarity, and relief,

This is your reset.

Start with a 90-minute reset.
