I received my initial certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Weaverville/Asheville, NC. I take continuing education courses each year and plan to expand my knowledge and therapeutic offerings. As a result of this continuing education, I am also certified in Reflexology and I have training in Oncology Massage as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.

I believe intention is a guiding force in all of my work and my goal is always to help my clients improve their over-all health and provide relief for their immediate pain and muscle tension issues.

I feel very fortunate to have found what I believe is my calling; to help people through the power of touch and support them on their journey towards better health and pain relief in an effort to minimize the amount of medications they may need.
