Hi, I’m Suzy Kilgore, a licensed massage therapist with 20 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies.

My approach is intuitive, therapeutic, and customized to your unique needs. Rather than focusing on a single modality, I blend a variety of techniques to create a session that supports your goals.
I hold an advanced certification in Sports & Injury Therapy and spent three years teaching massage therapy, experiences that deepened my understanding of anatomy, movement, and the body’s natural ability to heal.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from a physical injury, or simply looking for time to rest and recharge, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, cared for, and renewed. By listening to both you and your body, I tailor each session to support your unique needs and your body's natural ability to heal.

I look forward to being part of your wellness journey.
