Anna is a graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy and started Yoganna Massage Therapy in August 2018. Her therapeutic massage practice specializes in addressing specific areas of pain and discomfort.

Whether it’s therapeutic massage, or yoga, she is passionate about meeting you where you are to then guide you to the next level. Anna firmly believes “there’s a yoga pose for that” and if everyone took 5 minutes or less to just breathe the world would be a better place.

Anna has ultra sensitive skin, and had been struggling with her eczema for years which led to her discover the world of essential oils. She uses oils during yoga/meditation, massage therapy, and life in general for: relaxation, purifying air, sleep aid, allergy relief, muscle aches, skin care, etc. Much like “there’s a yoga pose for that”—there’s an oil to go with it.
