I am happy to call Reno my home. Some of the hobbies I love, when I'm not practicing massage include travel, gardening, and crafting.

What attracted me to a career in massage was the countless therapy sessions I've encountered myself from a past car accident and injuries sustained that I have been learning to deal with ever since. Not only is it aggravating, it also starts to become very draining physically, mentally and emotionally. Over the last several years, I have had multiple surgeries on one of my legs and have been bedridden through quite a few of them. The longest bout being bedridden was 10 months and it was then I discovered how helpful massage was with my pain and with healing. I learned that we don’t have to live our lives constantly in pain. My passion for helping others through massage is strong because I can empathize with my client’s pain and needs.

Sometimes we just need time to relax & unwind and other times we may need more focused work to attain healing & harmony in the body. Using my hands as well as my heart, I strive to help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable.

Modalities practiced are Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cupping, Assisted & Passive Stretching, Pregnancy, & Hot Stone Massage.

It is my goal to listen to each client's needs, making wellness a priority, and customize each session to their unique situation in order to promote health, healing, and harmony for each client in a clean, comfortable, and professional environment.
