Professional athletes, student athletes, weekend warriors and those fighting the T-Rex posture from a desk need mobility to accomplish their goals and get the most out of life. How you recover is crucial for overall performance. I combine trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, IASTM, kinesiology taping, PNF stretching, Active Release Technique, contrast therapy and other modalities to assist in achieving your goals.

Sports massage can be done fully clothed in loose or stretchy athletic wear to allow for range of motion and movement based work to be incorporated. Proper draping will be used at all times, if athletic wear is not available, to ensure professional boundaries are not crossed.

Currently, I am booking by appointment only. If you are having difficulties scheduling due to time constraints, feel free to text me so we can make sure you don't go without bodywork.

I accept cash, all credit cards and FSA/HSA for payment. Some FSA and HSA will request a doctor's prescription for massage.

After booking an appointment, you will receive a health history/intake form via email from Massagebook. Please fill this out thoroughly so that I know any possible contraindications for your session.

The day of your appointment, if you are not feeling well, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can get you rescheduled for a different day. Upon your arrival, there is a waiting room available for your use if I am currently busy with another client. There is a restroom available while you wait.

Each bodywork session is for the entire time scheduled. For example, a 60 minute massage is the full 60 minutes of hands-on time with time before and after for intake and going over recommendations and scheduling.

During the intake, we will go over what areas are needing addressed, use some basic assessments to see potential tension patterns and discuss what your goals are for the session. I love feedback throughout the session. Following the session, we will go over any recommendations and get you booked for your next visit.

I hope you will feel comfortable telling me about the room temperature, music, pressure or if anything is not comfortable throughout the massage or SportStretch®. Communication is one of the most important aspects to ensuring your experience is the best for you.
