**Couples Relaxing Massage - Experience the ultimate relaxation together with Our Couples Massage. To book a couples massage, please call us directly as two therapists must be available at the same time. $160 for 50 minutes. Enhance your experience by adding deep tissue for just $15 per person.

Important Notice: Beginning July 1, 2024, in compliance with Florida House Bill 197, a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to a front desk team member or your therapist prior to receiving any massage services.

ZERO TOLERANCE Policy- We ask that you respect our therapists and understand that all massage/esthetic services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any comments, or actions of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full payment will be required.

Our Policies

Arrival- To ensure your comfort and relaxation, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session, ending at the originally scheduled time as a courtesy to our next guest.

Cancellations- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 25% cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. No-shows or same-day cancellation will be charged 50% of the service cost. We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy. This ensures availability for other clients and respects our therapists' time. A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment (applied toward your service).

Gift Certificates- Please bring in your original gift certificate when checking in. Provide your gift certificate code number when booking. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost gift certificates are not replaceable. Gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase. Online gift certificates must be shown on your phone or printed for redemption.

Gratuities-Cash tips are always appreciated and left at your discretion. Standard gratuities range between 18-25% of your service total.

Your Health- Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or have any health concerns prior to your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. Guests who arrive sick will not be serviced.

Valuables- We recommend leaving valuables at home. Sacred Lounge Spa is not responsible for lost or damage personal items.

Cell phones & Devices - To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices before entering the spa. This is your time to unwind and relax.

Shhhh- Please use soft voices and walk gently. PS- Snoring in Process!

Dress-For most massage treatments, it is customary to undress to your comfort level. Our therapist follow professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy.
