Massage, Bodywork & Coaching Integration offers a unique blend of intuitive therapeutic bodywork, nervous-system attunement, and high-level life and wellness coaching. My work bridges the physical and emotional components of healing, supporting clients who want not only relief in their body, but clarity, grounding, and a deeper sense of personal well-being.

Drawing from years of experience as both an advanced bodyworker and a bio-individuality coach, my sessions address the whole person — the physical patterns, the nervous system responses beneath them, and the emotional landscape influencing how the body holds tension and experiences stress.

Bodywork techniques may include deep tissue work, Graston-style instrument-assisted therapy, cupping therapy, abdominal and visceral bodywork, and targeted therapeutic approaches designed to help the body unwind safely and effectively. Coaching elements may weave in when appropriate, offering insight into patterns, stress responses, and personal habits that shape the body–mind connection.
