Massage, Bodywork & Coaching Integration offers a unique blend of intuitive therapeutic bodywork, nervous-system attunement, and high-level life and wellness coaching. My work bridges the physical and emotional components of healing, supporting clients who want not only relief in their body, but clarity, grounding, and a deeper sense of personal well-being.

Drawing from years of experience as both an advanced bodyworker and a bio-individuality coach, my sessions address the whole person — the physical patterns, the nervous system responses beneath them, and the emotional landscape influencing how the body holds tension and experiences stress.

Bodywork techniques may include deep tissue work, Graston-style instrument-assisted therapy, cupping therapy, abdominal and visceral bodywork, and targeted therapeutic approaches designed to help the body unwind safely and effectively.
